一関が誇る二大渓谷「猊鼻渓」・「厳美渓」

断崖絶壁がそびえ立つ日本百景「猊鼻渓」は、船頭が棹一本で舟を操る船下りが有名です。
「厳美渓」は巨大な岩肌と美しいエメラルドグリーンの水流が美しく、対岸からロープを伝って飛んでくる「空飛ぶだんご」が人気です。

猊鼻渓：JR一ノ関駅乗り換えJR大船渡線・猊鼻渓駅下車徒歩5分
厳美渓：一ノ関駅から車で20分（厳美渓バス停下車すぐ）
Geibikei, one of the “100 Landscapes of Japan” with its towering cliffs, is famed for its scenic boat ride where the guide operates the boat with a single pole. Genbikei is home to magnificent rock faces and beautiful, flowing emerald-green waters. The ‘flying dango’ that zip along a rope from the opposite side of the bank is a popular attraction.

Geibikei：Transfer to JR Ichinoseki Station, get off at Geibikei Station on the JR Ofunato Line, and walk for 5 minutes.
Genbikei：20 minutes by car from Ichinoseki Station (immediately after getting off at the Genbikei bus stop)
